I just bought a new PC case, I installed all my PC components into my new case and then proceeded to reboot it. But it did not reboot, it doesnt even get far enough for me to enter bios setup. While i was installing my hardware into my new case, a spark jumped across from the lamp i was using. Any sugestions as to what got fried, because something must have.
cheers

wow tahts crazy that a spark jumped

first if you can try a new power supply

if that doesnt work then take your computer parts out andput them back to gether on the mobos anti static bga on the mobos anti static cloth and try to run it on there and only use the nessisey componitrs to start it
be caseful to not schock yourself

thanks swker98
I will try that, i have 2 PSU's so i will try the pwoer thing then running the motherboard on anti static cloth.
Any other suggestions incase these dont work would be great
