Pc's keep restarting before log on

Hi all, im realy needing help
i have 140 pc's in my company in a domain and some of them
when turned on before we put the password and username they restart after 10 seconds if i put password they work normaly
so if the user turns on and go to the coffe it keeps restarting till he puts his password, i have looked for information about this but i cant seem to find any
I hope you can help me

Could it be a malicious screensaver replacement?

See HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop for any susipcious values.

Im going to verify the registry
now it seems i have new malware.j in some machines that i need to solve
