Permision problems instaling programs and I am the administrator

I have a problem here I have a comp running win XP pro and everytime I try to install certian programs I get an error saying that I dont have the correct permisions but I am the admin and I have full control so what should I do

You can try installing them in Safe Mode. You might also want to login as Administrator, instead of an admin labeled account.
