after recovering the registry files via copies in a restore point,
I exit the R/C which reboots and after a normal POST,
the normal back screen w/logo appears, followed by
a GUI babyblue window with
setup error restarting ...
and a log file showing error (phase 0)
the R/C will not allow access to directories outside \windows and
any attempt to run h/w diag programs with a full path fail as
only R/C commands may be performed.
Any Ideas?
