Hey, when I try to play Certain files and do certain things with media i get a windows installer saying "Installing Photogallery" and i try to install but it cant find files or something, this problem has occured before, is this some sort of windows program that made have been deleted by mistake, can some one help me get Photogallery and reinstall it?

well ive never heard of photogallery. what kind of files are you trying to play?

have you downloaded divx? if not download this to get the codec to play .avi files.

yea it could be the problem. maybe try reinstalling divx? if that doesnt work im not sure.
