Photos turned pink.

Hi,On my sons computer he has downloaded pictures onto the computer he is using windows vista with the photo gallery,when he clicks on one of the pictures which now show as perfectly alright,when they become large preview size they turn all pink,odd thing is if we download them on his sisters computer exact same spec and windows they turn out fine,baffled.

assuming his sister has a different photo program or OS, the picture editor may be decoding the file wrong.

Which program are you trying to open it with?

Have you looked at www.irfanview.com ? It's a great free utility
