Plagued with the same pop ups over and over

Hello. I am new to these boards and found them searching for a way to fix this spyware problem I have. I am not sure how I aquired this. I have used the following programs: Ad-Aware Se, Spybot S&D, ewido, cwshreeder, nailfix, dsrfix, Cleanup!, Spyware Blaster & Spyware & Adware Remover. Also I have Eanthology Antivirus and Spyware.

I followed the instructions to the best of my knowledge and removed what I found listed as instructed. I still have the same pesky pop ups, can anyone give me any advice to help me please?
