Played Counterstrike source before fine now it won't

I played counterstrike source just fine anone day I wasn't able to load the game up because it said that I was unable to init shader system does anyone have any idea what I could do. I have a radeon 9200 se I now it is a piece of crap I will get a new one
soon.

Try updating your drivers, that might be the problem, and how hot is your graphics card running?
