please analize my log for hijacked browser

please help again, when i open my IE i have my default page set up to cnn but instead opens in http://updatescenter.com/ than windows are popping out saying my somputer is beying monitored and so on and when u click those it take you to these spyware protective web sites, i dont know what else to do , i ren every suggested solution, and its still hijacked. i ran a new log from HJT. please help i also am getting pop ups windows.
