Please analyze my minidumps

Two random restarts in the past 30 mintues. Once while typing the first draft of this post.

New sound card, though it was happening (less frequently) before that.

Flashed/Upgraded my bios. Reseated all hardware. Any help appreciated.

NTKRNLPA.exe for both minidumps. Use Google for possible fixes
