i just have the feeling that my pc has some nasties in it. would you please check my log and tell me if there's any.

However, you have still not installed a firewall, even though you asked me where to get one. See HERE.

i installed it and then uninstalled. because it freezes abit of programmes that i have but i will get it when i get rid of this programmes. all of a sudden a programme that i have started to slow down the pc now this programme os known to slow down pc when there's a nasty. please recheck it.

However, if you suspect a virus etc, go HERE and follow all the instructions.

The fact that you don`t have a firewall is extremely dangerous.
