Please help p.c browser redirected, running really slow. (Hijackthis log attached)

Hi all im new to this site
been reading some of the other threads but none seem to help me.
i wonder if someone could take a look at this hijackthis log file and help me out

sori posting again cos i realise i didnt give much info as to what was happening.
well where to start...........
when the p.c is turned on it takes about 1omins before i am able to do anything it used to take about 20 seconds.
also my browser is redirected to patchyoursystem.com as my homepage but my homepage is set to google.com
also it will come up with page cannot be displayed sometimes and it says this site cannot be viewed because of adaware on your computer download spytrooper to delete (or something similar)

Follow these instructions EXACTLY. Put HijackThis in e.g. C:\Program Files\HJT and NOT in Temp or on the Desktop!.
Read: How to remove Begin2Search/Coolwebsearch and Other Nasties

Then Read: How to post your Hijackthis log-files as an attachment.
