Please help with Hijackthis log

Can anyone advise what should be removed from the attached hijackthis log? I downloaded and ran this after experiencing slow browsing and then a problem with task manager not displaying properly. Any help would be much appreciated!

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Turn off system restore.(XP/ME only) See how HERE. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial56.html

In Windows Explorer, turn on "Show all files and folders, including hidden and system". See how HERE. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial62.html

Go to addremove programmes in your control panel and uninstall anything to do with(if there).

Spyware Nuker 2004

Close control panel.

Open your task manager, by holding down the ctrl and alt keys and pressing the delete key.

Click on the processes tab and end process for(if there).

swn2.exe
window.exe
?ttrib.exe

Close task manager.

Run HJT with no other programmes open. Have HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there).

O2 - BHO: BrowserHelper Class - {EBCDDA60-2A68-11D3-8A43-0060083CFB9C} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\nzdd.dll

O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {12EE7A5E-0674-42f9-A76B-000000004D00} - (no file)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Spyware Nuker] C:\Program Files\Spyware Nuker 2004\swn2.exe /h

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [98D0CE0C16B1] rundll32.exe D0CE0C16B1,D0CE0C16B1

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [window.exe] C:\WINDOWS\system32\window.exe

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Iyf] C:\WINDOWS\system32\?ttrib.exe

Fix all 016-DPF entries.

Click on the fix checked button.

Close HJT.

Locate and delete the following bold files(if there).

C:\WINDOWS\system32\?ttrib.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\window.exe
C:\Program Files\Spyware Nuker 2004\swn2.exe /h

Reboot into normal mode and turn system restore back on.
