Please help with the patchyoursystem.com problem

I've got the patchyoursystem.com problem. I've read all the How to... threads, I've gotten most of the programs in those threads (CWShredder, ewido, hijackthis, spybot, and aboutbuster) and I've run them as directed in those threads. I'm a bit stuck as to what to do next, because I still have the problem.

Here's my Hijackthis log, and ewido log. Thanks for any help.

I have antivirus software already. CA eTrust. If I could get some help, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
