Please help with the patchyoursystem.com problem

I've got the patchyoursystem.com problem. I've read all the How to... threads, I've gotten most of the programs in those threads (CWShredder, ewido, hijackthis, spybot, and aboutbuster) and I've run them as directed in those threads. I'm a bit stuck as to what to do next, because I still have the problem.

Here's my Hijackthis log, and ewido log. Thanks for any help.

I could use some help.

I could use some help if anyone is willing. My logs are attached to my first post, and I've read all the How to... threads, nothing I've tried so far has worked. I've got antivirus software (CA eTrust), but its not helping either. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Apologies, don't know how I missed that...

First Read: Only use these HJT-instructions when asked!
/P/ Process needs to be stopped
The text between the dotted lines underneath goes between the dotted lines of that post.
Make sure to follow ALL instructions, and in HJT tick/fix ALL lines!
