Pls Help: needed with Hijacklog - new member

I am desperately looking for some help with the attached hikack log. My machine has been hijacked and I am not able to control it. Things are getting installed by themselves. All kinds of crazy things are happening.

Need help fast. Started today morning as I was trying to download something.
Antivirus says I have a trojan dropper

My config is below:
Windows 2000.
Automatic windows updates - so it is current
Norton antivirus - latest virus def files

Hope I am following the rules - i am desperate - help pls.

first there are a few things you need to do.

First is install HJT to it own folder C/HJT this is very important espically for back up.

Make sure you have all the latest patches for the OS you are running..

Update your Antivirus dat file

Update your spyware program

Good antivirus which is free is here:

get the home one it is free and very good

Good spyware program spybot

run this with all windows closed after you update it..

A nother good program is called A-Squared

Install and run this with all windows closed let this do its job if it finds something let it deleate it..


Follow the above instructions use the programs than post your log back here than someone will be with you..

Then post your new Hijackthis log as .txt attchment.
