since I'm sorta taking over part time, here are my rules.........

I don't have the time to read HJT logs always (more often not), but if you do, make sure they are a text file.

I REQUIRE requestors to run an antivirus are report results.
I also require requestors to run spybot, ewido, and ad-aware and also report results.

if you cannot run them in normal mode, run in safe mode.
