Possible virus/spyware problem.

Hi, If your reading this please help me.
When I try to open any sort of windows explorer window it just gets rid of the taskbar at the bottem of the screen for a few seconds and it doesnt even
open the windows explorer window. PLEASE, PLEASE I beg of you. Help me.

Post a fresh HJT log as a .txt attachment into this thread, only after doing the above.
