Cant see your Antivirus Software on log?????
I know PC Cilin is Trend Micro antivirus component but dont see it
is it a complete Internet secuty suite??
can see trend micro firewall
can see spybot search & distroy

Note you are running Asus pc probe and MSI live update
Is your MB Asus or MSI
if you are running pc probe on msi MSI MB that is not a good idea (pc probe causes crashes and malfunctions even on an Asus MB)
Download ANTIVIR PERSONAL EDITION from
http://www.free-av.com/ or
WWW.download.com
install and perform sull system scan (the software will do this automatically when you install it)
uninstall other Antivirus software First if you have one installed
let me know if scan reveals any virus
What is Valve software' STEAM.EXE.....is it a game?
you also have an unknown BHO (Browser helper object) starting up and some HTML executable i dont recognise.
Update your Firewall, Antivirus and SpyWAre/Adware software and perform full scan, also empty your recycle bin and clean up internet cache and temporary files (can use internet options to do this by right clicking on internet explorer on your desktop or start menu).
a general cleanup and Defrag once weekly or daily will keep the pc doctor away.... lol
