Power Problems

Hey everyone, i have a friend that when the power goes out he cant start his computer for almost 24 hours. It wont do anything when he hits the power button. He also says that he has to wiggle the power cord on the back to get it to turn on. I figured its just a PSU problem and it needs replaced. What do you think?

Well, first try another power cord !!

And then try another PSU.

He Tried the power cord and it didnt help it.
