Power supply ampage question.

I found somewhere a few days ago a post about how many amps should be on each of the lines (+3.3v, +5v, and +12v)... can't find it anymore, and am wondering if anyone knows about how many a good PSU has. Electrical lingo stuff is WAY over my head... so any help is appreciated.
