I have an uncle who recently got a printer, which is a Lexmark Z735, and he is having problems with it. When we go to install the cd drivers for the printer, it says the printer needs to be connected first. It is already connected to the back of the computer, but it is saying it is not. I looked into it more and I realized it needed to know the printer is using USB. The computer, it seems, thinks the printer is not using USB and keeping the drivers from being installed.
I went to add a new printer port and make it USB, but there is no option for USB ports in the tab.
