problem connecting to certain sites

I have a sweex ADSL annex a moden/router. I can connect to my isp but cant connect to certain web sites such as hotmail, etc. I have turned all firewalls off (windows and norton) but no luck. please help

Does your browser allot cookies? Maybe try another broweser then IE. You can get firefox HERE
