So the other day my brother was able to connect to the internet but anytime he tried to log into a site (username and password) it would not work and he would get the page cannot be displayed text. in order to try and fix this i updated his IE to the latest version now neither IE or firefox will bring up web pages, but he is still online and has an IP address. I am very confused. please help
