Problem in connecting to internet using nokia cdma 3105 and intel motherboard 945gnt

I have upgraded my pc using intel pentium(d) and 945gnt motherboard. I am facing Problem in connecting to internet using nokia cdma 3105 and intel motherboard 945gnt. I have installed all driver related to the cable and cdma modem.

Whenever I am dialing to connect to internet my PC is getting hanged. Can anybody help me to solve this problem.

for clarity, you're attempting to use the Nokia 3105 (GPRS feature) as a wireless
connection to the Internet and it hangs your system.

1) be sure that the Nokia has the latest firmware
2) also update the driver on the PC

have you contacted your Cell Provider to get the GPRS feature activated
or to access there Support Group?

My mobile is based on CDMA technology. Earlier I was using the same mobile to connect to internet with my old computer(p3). I have used this mobile to connect to internet with p4 computer also.
