Problem in recycle bin of users in Win 2000 OS

When a user deletea file it goes to Recycle bin. But when other user login they see the deleted file of the other user in there recycle bin. Plz sugest away to solve this problem.

Press the shift key and hold it down, then press the delete key or delete-icon. The file will be deleted without going into the bin first. Be warned, this can NOT be undone!

You can also right click on the recycle bin and choose to bypass it and delete it permanately just as RBS has stated, without pressing the SHIFT key.
