Problem regarding hardware monitoring

Hello, i can not use any hardware monitoring tools in my computer, i have tried so far dozen of tools such as speedfan, hmonitor, intel active monitor, mbm and so many. none of them works. i even downloaded intel 945 generation chipset utility to monitor my hardware. i need to check my cpu temperature and others. with speedfan i've checked my HDD monitor but in cpu option its just black. other tools just crashed after installing. i am using Intel D945GCNL with the processor Intel Celeron D. i will appreciate any help. thanks

Processor: Intel Celeron D/64bit/2.8Ghz
RAM: 2GB DDR2
HDD: 80GB ATA Samsung
One dvd rom
Graphics Card: Asus en6200tc512
