Problem w/ PC Games and Screen Size

Hey guys, I've got a Dell Inspiron 1100 and I've had problems playing games on it, because the game won't take up the full screen. The screen is fairly small and centered, and it's annoying. This has happened with Blizzard games such as Warcraft III, Starcraft, and now with World of Warcraft. Why can't I play with the game taking up full screen? Any thoughts? Thx

If you right click on the shortcut to one of the games and go to properties then run, and set it to fullscreen that may do the trick, if not you may have a more indepth problem to solve.
