I currently use winxp home edition and have two user accounts on the same computer. Whenever one person logs off, more often than not during the logoff process, the computer freezes at a black screen requiring a hard restart. I am at a loss as to what is causing this problem. I have Norton systemworks installed have disk optimization, and virus check auto-scheduled.
Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.
