Dear All,
Recently there is virus on my computer. I scan it with Kaspersky. It detects the virus but when I try to delete it there is a message say that Cannot delete/disinfect and suggest that possibly there is not enough space! What can that mean? I have 34G free on hard disk and the cpu only use up to 20%.
Can anyone tell me what does that mean? Please help me.
Thanks

Kaspersky uses c:\windows\temp when scanning, this folder can become quite large, due to also having other files in their, and performing large scans

Please download CCleaner and fully run it, removing all temp files, on your system.

Run kaspersky again (confirm updated first)
Please reply back if it worked

I try cleaning the temp folder and restart the machine then scan again and it work.
Thank you for your suggestion kimsland.
