Problem With Pop-Up Windows In IE

Hey lads...when i click on a link from a site, and it pops up a new window to show what i want (e.g. Clicking a story on AnAndTech) then the link does not work?? I have to press stop, then press enter with the url at the top! Its not a major problem, but it is REALLY annoying I have re-installed IE but no success

Any help would be great

Click on Start, Run and type in "regsvr32 urlmon.dll" (without the quotes).

Be sure to close all IE windows when you do that & to be on the safe side reboot then after hitting the cofirmation window

Erm no success Dont worry about it though..i just got Win2000-PRO and im gonna re-format, so it should work then!

Try This Out

Internet Explorer Options...Privacy Options...Set It At Low!
It Will Block All To Most Of The Cookies That The Pop-Ups Send.
It Worked For Me.
