Problem with re-formatting NTSF hard drive

I have windows 98SE operating system on my computer. Some one sold
me NTSF formatted hard drive with 100 Gig capacity.

How do I reformat this drive into FAT32 system, so that I can use it on
my computer? Also what is maximum size partition that I can use with 98SE?

Go here and create a Windows 98SE boot disk:

Boot your system on this floppy. Run FDISK and delete the non-DOS partition. Create a DOS partition to the maximum size (default) and restart on the boot floppy. At the A prompt, type FORMAT C: Your hard drive will now be formatted for Windows 98 use
