Problem with Scandisk Thumbdrive

I have lots of storage space left on my Cruzer 2.0 GB but can't put anymore on it. When I try to save to my documents a dialog box pops up and says "selected file cannot be saved". Can anyone help me? jlv007

is your drive write protected in windows or has a switch hardware lock?
