problem with symantec email proxy

i have just gotten the symantec email proxy. i looked at a thread about it a while back, but it didn't work. it usually only comes up when i get on internet explorer. i downloaded firefox and it seems to come up less often. if anyone can put a link to help fix it or give me any help at all, then that would be great.


edit: if all i have to do is download the trojanhunter from trojanhunter.com, then can someone just post yes or something like that. if not, then offer some help please.

so what's your problem -- what did you expect to happen?

btw: the proxy is the means to run AV on the email and any attachments.

my problem is that i have the virus or whatever it is and i need some help on how to get rid of it.
