Problem!!!

hello i just built my first computer and it powers on but the bios wont boot the monitor LED stays orange and nothing seams to work. specs listed below.


AMD athlon 64 dual core 4200+ socket 939
MSI twin turbo 8600 256mb gddr3 PCIx
Foxconn Winfast micro atx mobo 6150BK8MC-KRSH
Roswell PSU 500W
2x 1gb Ram
Acer 20in monitor al2016w

have u got the monitor hooked up to the video card, did u plug the power connector to the video card?
