when installing windows xp it installs a certain amount of software,then computer says needs to restart in 15 seconds,instead of putting the rest of the software,it starts from the begining again.can you help.

hope this helps. It will go through things like it is starting again but if u do not touch the any key (as it says) and let it go on everything else should install. u can leave the CD in the slot (reader) untill it has finished everthing and all will be fine. it will have to reboot several times.
