Programs Leave Their Image On The Screen.

Here's The PRoblem, when i run some programs this weird thing happens the programs that i run leave their image on the wallpaper area and u can only change it to another image by opening another program and moving it, anywys hard to explain it in words here are some screens i took, this can be stopped by restarting computer or explorer.exe but homever it is known that if u restart explorer not all the program will be show in taskbar, if anyone knows how to fix this please msg me. Is it always the same programs that do this ? How much memory have you got ? Are you trying to run too many programs at once ? BTW,the second of your screenshots is real cool.

I have seen this problem in my shop several times and it was always a video card issue, sometimes drivers, sometimes video card itself. What is happening there is that the screen is not refreshing.

My Specs Are P4 2.5, 1gig - RAM, Ati Radeon 9250 128 Mb, no i have only ran visual basic and 2 other programs, this is the first time this happened with this videocard, i bught it about 2 months ago, yesterday i ran the same thing was trying to finish my vb project and this happened about 3 times, time to ditch windows ... can anybody recomend anything else, ill try reinstalling drivers.
