PS2 Memory Card Trouble

Ok..So today I was playing my game I tried to save it said the data was corrupted. So I tried to save again yet now it's saying it can't access my memory card. And when I take it to my other Ps2 and look at my memory card it says No Data yet it's shows that KB are being used.
And I have no idea what to do.

With regards to your problem, I hate to be the bringer of bad news, but it sounds as though the memory card's memory chip has failed and the only way to fix it would be to format it Unfortunately, handy as it is, flash memory isn't the most reliable storage media ever.
