Hi i'm trying to fix a PS2 i've had it sense it first came out but i have no idea whats going on with it.sense about 2 months ago it wanted to fix it but i have no idea of what to do. It wont laod when turned on and the cd holder won't open. Plz help me how to open it or whats up with it.

You having issues with consoles ehh? Didn't you just post a very similiar issue with a gamecube? I would say that the cd drive on this one needs replaced. Just guessing though.....

I did post one on the gamecube we got a new one but my mom said do something so i started to fix my g cube and my old ps2.

Not a clue with the game cube. Replaced the cd drive on brother in laws PS2 once though that had the same syptoms you describe with yours though.

how much did you pay for new c drive and do u no how to get ps2 open

I actually bought a used one at a pawn shop, with parts and old games for $25 bucks. You can try cleaning the laser first, I doubt that will correct the issue. You may just want to buy a replacement PS2. Like from eBay, Craigslist or even check around some pawn shops.....
