Question about OCZ DC Platinum 4GB (2x2GB)

I found what i wanted.i think.

OCZ DC Platinum 4GB (2x2GB) PC2-6400 DDR2 - RAM-OCZ-2P8004GK

While the 32-Bit version cannot recognize a full 4GB, but will all 4gb run in the background?until i buy vista in the future i do not care if it reads or not, as long as they all (4gb) running in the background.

no, the os cannot recognize it, and so its not used.
just install a 64-bit operating system, you know there is 64bit windows xp pro...
you dont have to install vista.
