Quick RAID 0 Question, What size strip?

I have 2 36.7GB WesterDigi Raptor SATA 10,000rpm harddisks in raid 0.

I use the comp for mostly gaming but also a bit of graphic design, image and video processing and genral use. I do not ever plan to use this comp for a server. Would I want a 16k 64k or 128k.
