Quick Time Movies

Does anyone know of a good program that will convert quick time movies to anyother format and not lose the quality.

Maybe you can try to use winavi.I know it can convert .mov to avi ,dvd,rm or wmv.But i'm afraid the conversion can keep the quality the same as the original file.
