radeon 8500LE

My brother has a radeon 8500LE 128 video card, and he bought it with a computer from a friend, but after we reformatted the computer, the video card doesn't work, probably because we don't have the cd the card came with anymore. Is there any way we can load it up without it? or are we doomed without the CD?
