Radeon 9200se - need a little help

Well... My Radeon ran a hell of a lot better on my HP 1.8 ghz but i now installed a better motherboard (AMD Athlon 2600+ 2.1ghz) and better processor and for soem reason it runs like crap... I have actually found out soem things that i have fixed but it still isnt running to the full capacity it used to. Any help on this subject would be appreciated - if not its okay im getting a new video card soon but i would like to work with what i can for as long as possible.

what problems you having with that card man , is it the pci version or the agp ??
