RAID 0 & Drive letter question

Planning on a new build with storage as follows:

1 - 320G SATA drive partitioned for XP + various apps

2 - 320G SATA in RAID 0 for gaming

1 - 500G SATA for b/u

will be using a P5N32-E SLI 680i board and XP Pro.

I am considering a larger #1 drive with a partition in case I decide to try Vista.

I'm confused as to the physical procedure for setting this up. IF I install all the drives in the system and start to configure, will I run into drive letter issues while setting up the RAID? I'm thinking the 1st physical drive w/b C & D, the RAID 0 will be E and the b/u will be F.

I've set up multiple drives before but not with a RAID array involved.

Any help will be appreciated.
