RAM suggestions

hey guys, I'm looking to put some new ram into my PC. My Mbo is a few yrs old its a ECS KM400-M2 and it runs 184-pin DDR DIMM and Supports 266/333MHz DDR with a max of 2gb. Before I buy, I'm looking for anyones suggestions and reccomendations on what to buy. thx
