Random Black Screen

So far every once and a while when I boot my PC. I get a black screen. From there I can't do anything and must restart manually. So far this has happened twice. After restarting Windows XP says that the PC couldn't boot and to choose from a list of options such as Safe Mode or Start Normally. I would like to add my PC has only been overclocked once. And currently it is standard clock speeds.

I would like to include my specs so:

Biostar TForce 550 SE ATX Motherboard

EDIT: I am in the process of degrading my video drivers to 93.71 from 94.24

just a note to u the video drivers 93.71 are good, if u had a good download and should not be a problem. I have never used the 94.24 so I am not going to speak for them but have never downloaded them although I have a 7800gs that I have an older computer with the 97.92 drivers on and it works well. although I do not know how much gameing she does.

I fixed it by using the older drivers. If it happens again I'll post here.
