Random BSODs 0x0000124

Hi I keep getting random bsods about 0x0000124....I have tested the memory and it seems to be fine...the power supply volt lines are normal. I'm not sure whats casuing this error. I have attached minidumps.

Thats funny we both have the same problem and posted at about the same time. What OS are you running.

I have attached another minidump as my computer is still crashing as i type this.....What i've noticed is that my cpu usage goes up to 100% and everything starts to skip and then finally it crashes.

System specs

Pentium D 3.0GHZ
4GB pc3200
nvidia 7800GS
Asus p5p800-se
Windows Vista X64

how long did you run the memory test for?

1 day...I also tested each module seperately...Each module passed at least 10 times.

I dont no much about minidumps, so I cant realy help you much more than that, sorry.

To New to know any better.. Error codes waste time !
software error simply not recognized software ...no HARM
free ppviewer loads good ..not recognized.. use it get software error...
windows update same error code shortly after.. I researched it
Nvidia driver update FAILED reason ...MINE is BETTER than the UPDATE
Also All roxio Product INsight ,drag to Disc , and Plantronic head phones SAME ERROR ,
