Recommended PSU?

I just bought a new video card and a second hard drive, so its time to upgrade my PSU as well.... Any recommendations for the system listed below? Please keep the term "cheap bastard" in mind when recommending, as I am pretty poor after the last two upgrades

Pentium D Core 2.8Ghz
Sony DVD/CD Combo Drive
Pioneer 111d DVD DL Drive
80GB Seagate SATA II HD
250GB Seagate SATA II HD
2GB Corsair DDR2 PC2-4200 533Mhz RAM

Let me know if you need any other info. If possible, I'm trying to spend under $100 for the PSU and was checking out this Rosewill unit

Oh and my monitor is a Dell 2007WFP... I dont think that matters, but I want to cover all bases just in case

ROSEWILL isnt that good ...

this 500W psu .. will blow it away, just on the fact that it will last longer

Yeah, I agree with the Core2Duo comment. When I bought my PC I didnt know enough about the Core2Duo to realize I was making a mistake
