Record Console games?

Is there a way to record your console games for free ( or cheap )?

I want to record some MGS / God of War videos then post them on YouTube


I heard Dazzle Platinum is a program for it but it's like $100

If you have a TV card in your PC, there is free software out there to do it.

I believe if you graphics card has a TV tuner on it then you can record. Not sure of programs that allow such.

I think I figured a way out, I think you could probably get a DVD recorder and hook your PS2 ( or what ever ) to the DVD recorder then the DVD recorder hooked up to the TV
