^My recycle bin is emptied by itself, wothout asking me... Is there a solution to make it keep deleted items and wait for my assignement to empty itself?

Nevermind I give in.
Right click on your recycle bin, and select properties. Click on the local disk tab, and make sure the box that says "Do not move files to the recycle bin. Remove the files immediately when deleted" Is not ticked. Click apply/ok.
Hopefully this will solve your problem.
